Please contact our office for an initial consultation regarding fee schedules. Out-of-pocket amount varies based on: insurance benefits, what portion of your deductible has been met and your co-pay amounts. Our office also offers a sliding scale fee under certain circumstances.


Check and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted. Payment is due at the time of your consultation or treatment session.


Our office is currently not in network with any insurance panels. If your insurance plan has out-of-network benefits, we will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf for reimbursements. If you have active insurance coverage, we can provide you with an estimate of your financial responsibility based on your specific benefit levels. Please contact us and we will gladly assist you. We can also contact your insurance company in advance to obtain prior authorization when applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide two business days (48 hours) notice. This means that appointments scheduled for a Monday must be cancelled on or before the preceding Friday. If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 48 business hours’ notice, our policy is to collect the full amount of the appointment fee.
